1. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If you are not satisfied with the digital presentation of your memory frame, we encourage you to use our editor tools to customize it.
2. Digital Products
Since DASMO provides immediate digital hosting and access upon purchase, refunds are generally only issued if there is a technical failure that prevents you from accessing or editing your memory frame for more than 48 hours.
3. Refund Requests
To request a refund, please contact support@dasmo.pages.dev with your project ID and a description of the technical issue within 7 days of the initial purchase.
4. Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
