DASMO provides a platform for creating and hosting digital memory frames. You are responsible for ensuring that all content you upload complies with local laws and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

3. Intellectual Property

All platform software, designs, and brand identifiers (including "DASMO" and "D & S MEMORY ORGANIZER") are the property of our organization. You retain ownership of the media you upload, but grant us a limited, worldwide license to host and serve that content on your behalf as part of the frame service.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access tokens. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% uptime and data integrity through our cloud providers, DASMO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or data loss beyond our reasonable control.
